Since early 2020, I have been gathering resources on this topic.
Over the months, my understanding of what “Healthy, Wealthy & Wise” truly entails has become in many ways, #mytruenorth.
In fact, rightly so, the subject can be classified as fundamental Life Skills everyone should have in their toolkit.
The title takes its name from the proverb:
“Early to bed and early to rise, makes one, healthy, wealthy, and wise.”
Midway through 2020, it seems a good idea to step up in all aspects of our day-to-day.
The best way to check in with your goals, dreams and vision for the year is to ask good questions…
How healthy are you? Do you have a healthy diet? Do you exercise regularly? Do you drink at least eight glasses of water a day? Do you get enough sleep every day? Do you live a healthy lifestyle overall?
Are you looking for an abundant lifestyle? Do you want to increase your income and standard of living? Do you know how to earn money without stress? Do you have action steps that can take you towards your financial freedom starting today?
What have you been doing, and continue to do, in your life that you know is NOT working for you? Why have you not yet taken action to ‘course correct’ your journey in order to get different results? What are you procrastinating about doing? Do you have people to turn to when you have a difficult decision to make? Do you usually make decisions with careful thought and strategy?
Don’t waste a single day.
