hello,

Ready to Make Your Dreams Happen?

The best time for new beginnings in right now.

Most people work with the weekends a means to an End Goal. Much like a enduring marathon.
Five days a week of a “hard slog.” In return for two days, to ultimately rest, recover and recoup.
For the vast majority, Mondays to Fridays are the “high-pressure-days.” Then by, Saturday and Sunday it’s time to just chill out. Catch up with your social life. Get the house in order. And all the personal admin work done. Sleep. Do the washing. And so on.
Monday comes round, and it’s much the same going. Monday to Friday all over again.
🤪Does it sound at all familiar?🤪
Ideally, if we can change our schedule to something “manageable”, avoid burn out and too-long-to-manage To Do Lists, that should no-doubt be a prized Life Goal we gotta “figure out” and get on top of! The sooner the better!
Life is way to short to live in this weekly Ho-Hum Rinse and Repeat paradigm!
🔥So, what’s one Hack to kick it all in motion…?🔥
👉Schedule a reward for yourself this weekend
Most of us could use a little motivation to increase our productivity on Fridays and get more accomplished.
A weekend reward can be just what you need to get through your to-do list.
“The reward doesn’t have to be anything too snazzy, ex-y or complicated.”
It can be as simple as a glass of wine 🍷 to unwind the day, a night out (or hanging out on the couch) with a good movie, or planning a day trip to explore another side of town. Sometimes all we need is just that little incentive to put in the extra effort at the end of the week! Rewards, incentives and the added spark to your plans never goes out of style!😇✌️🌈
🔥ALSO🔥
Further to that, may I add, use the weekend to start thinking beyond this week-to-week typical, monotonous (and mainstream) work life schedule.
Do yourself a favour and think about other alternatives like, for example:
🏖 a 4 (?) day work week (or less?)
🏖 “Mini retirements” (months off at a time)
🏖 work according to your circadian rhythm or menstrual cycle
🏖 seasonal employment
🏖 work that runs on “autopilot” with a proven system
🏖 #wfa (work from anywhere) that requires minimal logins to do the “work” and casual hours
For me, I’ve opted for a 3 day-work-week in this season of life. 3 days where I cannot choose my tasks or workload (5 hours per day).
With flexibility for ALL other days of the week. It’s serving me well for the time being, as I aim for “even more” flexibility and ultimate 🏖Time Freedom🏖. #purposedriven
So, with that in mind, what’s your weekend reward? Will you make the time to consider and map out your alternatives to your work life schedule (beyond the 7 days a week mainstream mentality)?
Prioritise YOU! ‘Cause, truly, no one else can do it for you.

#throwback to Moomba Weekend. It was definitely one of the memorable chillaxing times of recent.
Great company & great weather.
And Melbourne’s recovery out of 2 years of “on and off” lockdowns.
The city was buzzing with positive vibes!🥰🙏
