hello,

Ready to Make Your Dreams Happen?

The best time for new beginnings in right now.

😎Making The Main Thing The Main Thing😎

“What is the meaning of life?” (Hmm…🤔)

I started wondering about this at a very young age.

Deep in thoughts.

Pondering.

Ever curious.

I soon discovered that:

LIFE was the ultimate Teacher.

She taught me that no-one is exempt from:

😇The Good

😱The Bad

And…

🤯The Ugly

As I journeyed into Adulthood it became increasingly apparent:

Life can be *pretty* agonizingly complicated…🤬

“So, what to do about this ongoing dilemma?”

Over and over (and over) again.

I received the same download from heaven🙏.

It was easy and hard to do, sometimes *at the same time.*

The message was as follows:

KEEP IT SIMPLE

Don’t overcomplicate it. #flow

That’s it!

✌️Keep it simple.✌️

When all is said and done, there are just

THREE areas to focus on:

1. Relationships

2. Health and wellbeing

3. Life’s ❤️ heart-centered tasks, assignments and projects.

In our Signature Program we show you how to do exactly that:

*Make The Main Thing The Main Thing*

Email: hello@my8dayweek.comFLOW” to start the conversation on how you can simplify your life and your biz.

Create clarity and rediscover life’s purpose. Sounds pretty as a rose 🌹, right?

more about me

I'm the Founder and Director of my8dayweek.

I've worked as a High School Preparation teacher for over 13 years and then decided to make my side hustle my “Main Thing.”

The concept for my8dayweek was a bold move to ensure that my entrepreneurial pursuits would allow the juggling of all creative endeavours, without dropping the ball on anything. #WhyNotHey

Above all else, I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. It does not end on graduation day. My favourite hashtag synonymous to this truth is #StudentForLife.
