We want to allow this space to be just about “coaching.”

A coach needs to understand people’s strengths and weaknesses and promote and maintain motivation in those they work with.

They use a variety of skills to analyse individual and team performance and provide training to improve all-kinds-of-awesome results and output (!!!)
