To me, wealth is a very, very interesting subject.
For some reason, the majority of people I have talked to on this subject agree that the mainstream concepts of wealth (particularly in 🇦🇺 by those that would classify themselves as “middle class”) are for the most part all about:
- Great cashflow
- Owning a 🏠, followed by an investment property
- A fancy car
- Going on holidays (especially, overseas a couple times a year)
- And accumulating other “stuff” like branded clothes, *bling bling*, dining out, ticketed events etc etc.
Being in this place of navigating this second lockdown in Victoria, for some reason, I have come to different conclusions (evolving, no doubt).
I do 💯 believe we all need to align ourselves with positive 💰💰💰 cashflow (duh!) and put our 🙏 faith into the hope of pushing past *survival…to overflow…to multiplication*
Furthermore, I have realised that TIME is ultimately the biggest asset we have.
The TIME to really put our ♥️, soul and mind into the things that really matter, with passion + purpose.
The TIME to reflect. To recreate. To enjoy recreation. To rest. To relax. To refuel.
AND then, to invest IT (our precious time) into our *Assignment/s*.
Taking full responsibility for our mission, our day-to-day tasks.
Our calling, vision and spiritual mandate in this 🌎.
Make an income
Make an income, while making an impact.
Managing money matters. We need it for all our essentials, and dare we say, nonessentials. But wouldn’t you agree, it’s a worthy goal to stretch our $ to making an impact?
If we have our basics taken care of and are in surplus, we are able to give back to our community, and support charities and causes we believe in.
All in all, it makes life about something much larger than just ourselves. It fulfils our essential human need to feel significant and valued, as well as, the human need to contribute and make an impact. It’s an important balance – invest your time well, to make money, and in turn, leave a lasting legacy.
A life worth living.
