Busy as a bee” is a saying that is meant to describe a person that has a great work ethic who moves about quickly doing many things.
Bees are highly known for their role as pollinators and producers of honey and bee-wax.
Behaviourally, one of the most obvious characteristics of bees is that they are very active and energetic, “buzzing around” in their hard-working-ness.
All this buzzing around and frantic work from the outset looks pretty “happening!”
Social media posts gaining traction, lots of messages to respond to, Discovery Calls booked over the week at odd times, and non-stop labour.
To Do Lists, overflowing. Never-ending.
No time to enjoy breaks, meals or vacations.
Social posts, Reels, Stories, Email Marketing campaigns, Facebook Groups to run, pour into and manage.
BUT, this “busy bee” lifestyle has to stop, honey. (It’s just NOT sustainable.)
No-one wants to be Superwoman in her life and biz, and juggle *gazzilion things*, with no reprieve.
“So, what’s the best way forward?”
Well, huge shifts happens when you REDESIGN your weeks and months to enable you to literally take “Time Off” at the drop of a hat!
RETHINK how the weeks/months run.
RESTRUCTURE your business into a proper “B Quadrant Business.”
REJIG your current operations, systems and processes.
PLAN for the long term. And not for “quick (short-term) wins.”
Flexibility to work in line with one’s personal schedule, plans, passion projects, hobbies and interests need to take a much higher priority. [1]
It’s time to achieve much more in far less time.
Better still, with far LESS EFFORT.
Hard work is *actually* not the key.
Slowing down and being intentional about your project work, with proven strategies and tips, tools, tricks, hacks – IS.
Multiple time for your leisure. [2]
And, for claiming back your peace of mind.
From chaos to calm. [3]
From being a “busy bee.”
To enjoying your…cup of honey lemon tea.
Take time out & email me “HACKTIME” and let’s take it from there if you wanna chat further over a cuppa.
