*Rewind back 5 years*
I used to pool photographers 📸 , models, videographers and makeup artists together for some really FUN, colourful, creative-kinda-projects!👩🎤🧑🏾🦰👩🏻🦰👱🏽♀️
Everything we did on the shoot, everyone involved could ADD to their portfolio 💼. Namely, short video footage and gorgeous professional photos!
One thing I noted 📝 :
Everyone left the shoot, *BETTER OFF*!
It was a MASSIVE WIN/WIN/WIN ALL ROUND🥇!
All in all…
It was FUN.
It was CREATIVE.
It was COLLABORATIVE.
The collective effort paid off. And, it was a well-received half day project, that guaranteed more opportunities to come.
Collaborating increased our net worth.
Collaborating showcased raw talent.
Collaboration forged lifelong friendships.
Instead of going out into the marketplace with the *competitors mentality*, we were instead tapping into:
“Collaboration over competition👩👩👧👧.”
I’m ALL FOR IT.
This yields results and rewards ongoing. And, was memorable and meaningful, too.
